File 1: And so they met
Natsumi has just arrived at her new job with Tokyo police and she is partnered with Miyuki. They are not sure whether are going to work out as partners so they decide to make the decision by coin toss but just as they are looking to see what the coin says. A red mini speeds past and they set out in pursuit. During the chase the find they like each other and decide to stick as partners.
File 2: Tokyo Typhoon Rally
A Yellow Lancia Delta is causing havoc in the city while there is a typhoon and Nakajima is out to get him. Meanwhile the Girls are trying to get a pregnant cat to a vet.
File 3: Love’s Highway Stars
Miyuki is going to a reunion and Nakajima is worried it is with an old flame and gets very depressed. Natsumi tries to cheer him up and the head for the place where Miyuki is staying. But Nakajima is confused and has taken them to a place with the same name on the other side of the country. Miyuki gets back before them and seeing them together gets the wrong idea. As the atmosphere is tense in the police station. The chief orders Miyuki and Nakajima out on a date. As they are following the itinerary they are under surveillance by most of the precinct.
File 4: On the Road Again
There is the opportunity for a woman to join the bike troop and Natsumi feels it is too good an opportunity to miss. But she finds herself missing Miyuki. And Miyuki is having problems because she keeps forgetting Natsumi is gone. When there is a dangerous fire on the road Natsumi gets involved and realises that she needs to transfer back.
I enjoyed the series but it is not really my taste in anime. I do not know how to describe this series there are high speed chases lots of great humour but at times the story seems slow. I would watch it again but it is not in the top ranks of anime but a more then good enough way to spend a few hours.
